Newapi is compatible with a wide range of popular AI tools and clients. Whether you use a desktop chat client, a terminal coding agent, or a self-hosted chatbot framework, you can connect it to Newapi by providing three pieces of information:
  • API Address — Your Newapi service URL (e.g., https://your-newapi-domain/v1)
  • API Key — The sk- token you generated in the Newapi console under Token Management
  • Model Name — The model identifier as configured in your Newapi instance
